Could be much better

Pros:
Big rooms, great location.
Cons:
Dirty, neglected, was a pristine property prior to being sold in 2009.
Advice to owner:
Restore building to previous habitable and beautiful state.

Great location, close to buses and train.
Cons:
Dirty building.I had mice and roaches. Management doesn't take care of problems. Have a leak for 5 months and I am still waiting.

Lots mice bugs dirty ass hell

Big apartment are nice
Cons:
Very dirty need paint has mice and roaches bugs ps. Get rid people smoking weed. Also fix camera. For better seturity
Advice to owner:
You need get better staff. That would take care or building like if they own it. It really nice building. If get right people clean 3 time week. And Retouch paint in hallway. Never saw súper here.

There are many things I liked about building. Building on downward spiral since changing ownership.

Pros:
Nice neighborhood, weed smoking, nice neighbors
Cons:
Building is falling apart, ROACHES, MICE!! HOT WATER TURNS OFF REPEATEDLY with NO WARNING.... no water at times, apartment is leaking sometimes... walls peeling plaster, packages stolen sometimes ! Not cleaned as often as should !

DO BETTER TO UP KEEP YOUR BUILDING
