The worst apt I’ve ever lived in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super close to the train, deli at one corner, supermarket at the other
Cons:
Has laundry, doesn’t work Neighbors are incredibly disrespectful Landlord’s “girl” is non- responsive, literally only checks messages once a day, refuses to send rent receipts We’ve had a broken toilet since Sept 2020, it’s now January 2022 The shower hand was installed wrong (?) the heat side is actually for cold water and the cold side is actually for lukewarm water (or occasionally, skin burning hot water) There’s always flys The lobby is disgusting Mailboxes are broken The lights in the halls are dim/don’t work Garbage/ recycling is always overflowing
Advice to owner:
Fix everything, answer you messages. Hire new people.

They shut off water without warning twice this week
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to the train, makes commuting easy.
Cons:
Everything else about this building is horrific
Advice to owner:
Get someone to clean the building. Get someone to fix things when people tell you they’re broken the first time.
