    Pros:
    Our unit is a good size for a 1 bedroom
    Cons:
    Literally everything else. The building is not well maintained from basic cleaning to elevators. The elevators look like something out of a horror movie. There was an exterminator that came once upon a time, inconsistently, but now it doesn’t come at all. If you have any issues in your apartment, management is not responsive at all. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to come and fix any issues.
    Advice to owner:
    Actually take care of people that pay you rent!!!

    Its location and the size of the units
    Cons:
    Unresponsive and deceptive management, no regular exterminator service (despite the owners’ claims to the contrary), leaks, infrequent heat, issues with water pressure, lack of cleaning the building
    Advice to owner:
    Serve the people who are paying you a lot of money to live in the building!
