Need major improvements

Pros:
Large rooms, high celings
Cons:
Maintenance of the building interior and exterior has been horrible. There are new rat sightings around the building. Also pest noise in the walls.
Advice to owner:
Clean exterior and interior of the building. Put down poison for pest control or call pet control

Not the best building ro live in

Pros:
Close to transit and close to shopping centers
Cons:
Neighbors steal packages, sometimes there’s no heat in the winter, and there’s no hot water.
Advice to owner:
Not the best landlord.
