    horrible super, BLACK MOLD
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    garden and sometimes the neighbors are good
    Cons:
    the super
    how load restoration plaza is in the summer
    rats
    garbage
    BLACK MOLD
    super just shows up whenever, will not schedule an appointment and honestly pretty creepy and condescending if you present as a woman
    bathroom
    Advice to owner:
    fire your super and fix your black mold
