Newly built
In unit washer/dryer
Close to G train
AC units are nice
Cons:
Garbage collection is horrible
Street facing units are loud
Kitchen sink is SO small
Advice to owner:
Hire a super who can take out the garbage on garbage days - also caulk the baseboards to avoid bugs
