    Drug user & package theif in building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Other than the drug user the neighbors are lovely
    Cons:
    Drug user in building who houses homeless people. Cops and ambulance are there all the time. Construction next door has been going on for years
    Advice to owner:
    Get the drug user out
