Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 146 Bleecker Street, Brooklyn praise the building's cleanliness, new construction, and strong water pressure, making it appealing to younger renters seeking modern amenities like a good gym. Neighbors are generally considered pleasant, and pest control is effective. However, some concerns include inconsistent garbage management and occasional restrictions on common area access. The first-floor units face noise issues and privacy drawbacks due to nearby recreational activities. Owner responsiveness receives mixed feedback, ranging from timely to slow. Avoid the first floor at all costs!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean, great gym! Awesome unit, better suit for someone in their early to mid twenties!
Cons:
Good luck with getting cell service in the basement for laundry. If you’re on the first floor (backside of the building) prepare for basketballs to smash against your windows. Not to mention people peering into your unit.
