    The area is family friendly, clean for the most part, and very accessible. Building is well maintained.
    Cons:
    Service can be slow for different types of repairs etc.

    Please be quicker to respond

    Pros:
    It’s a beautiful building and there are many interesting creative studios here.
    Cons:
    The landlord here they raises the rent significantly year after year, tack on fees every chance they get, and refused to give anyone a break during COVID when all businesses in this building had to shut down due to the state mandate. Not worth the price.
    Advice to owner:
    Show some humanity.
