Constant water issues

Pros:
Convenient location to the Lorimer L and decently priced
Cons:
Water was always shut off, management didn't warn when there would be emergency shut offs
Advice to owner:
Loop tenants in in advance so that if someone needs to take a shower they can plan ahead
