- the neighbors are friendly
Cons:
This building is NOT registered to hpd, and has not been since 2019. The landlord CIRTIAN BRUCE and maintenance RENNOY FEARON have pushed me out of housing, turning off all of my utilities except electric, locking me out of the building by ripping out the swipe key signal retriever, demanding rent while I'm receiving no utilities after filing for demolition. They've terrorized me since I moved in and I pray a lawyer can help me fight back.
The building is also comes up as 526 4th Av.

Forced to move out. No heat or hot water. Pest problems.

Pros:
I liked that it was close to train options and some nice places in park slope.
Cons:
The landlord never fixed anything. We were forced to move out in the winter because there was no heat. Cockroaches in the building and dead rats in the basement.
Advice to owner:
Find a new line of business. You’re terrible property owners.
