    Great management in a great location

    Pros:
    Management is generally very responsive for NYC apartments. Super and all staff are great. Issues get dealt with promptly. Honestly, quality of life is exceptional for anywhere I've been in NYC.
    Cons:
    Been there many years. As the building has gotten older, there has been a small drop in how thoroughly issues are addressed. Still a minor complaint, overall nothing but good things to say.

    They are very responsive to any issues and try their best to fix them.
    Cons:
    The package policy where you can’t get your package while the doorman is checking in packages (usually between 5-8pm)
