Pros:
Top floor, only two flights, loved our super and he lived down below, summer time is loud but lots of police and schools around keeps it slightly tamer. Windows in front bedroom are apparently "impossible" to fix but everything else was taken care of pretty quickly.
Cons:
Located next to a mens shelter but since I've moved out new buildings have popped up and grocery stores added.
