    Great location Close to subway!
    Cons:
    Noisy neighbors No living lights for studios
    Advice to owner:
    Install lights in Studio apts

    Pros:
    This is mostly studio and one bedroom: neighbors are mostly young couples. The building management is very reactive and the super super efficient. There is a gym and a nice rooftop
    Cons:
    Wifi at the gym or in the lounge doesn’t work well. There is no in unit washing machine
    Advice to owner:
    Improve wifi. Offer in unit laundry
