Pretty good but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
New modern building with nice finishes & design, good amount of storage space in apartments (for NYC). Nice to have amenities like the gym, lounge, and laundry room. The super is friendly
Cons:
Street noise especially the homeless guys who hang around outside and are loud all day. Gym could use more maintenance. Dryers don’t always dry everything fully. Not enough communication/follow up with tenants from Goose Management

Tiny and nice apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is really nice. All new appliances and bathroom fixtures. There’s a gym and common room. The storage is also really affordable too.
Cons:
The building isn’t kept super clean and the backyard is just a space for garbage to pile up. The washing machines are awful. We’d have to do at least two dry cycles for a small load. Every week was like 60 dollars for laundry.

It is modernized and has gym and function room. Laundry and roof top area is present too.
Cons:
Just the neighboor across. Creepy. Lol
Advice to owner:
Hope sup maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the common areas in the building
