Smaller building, more probs

Built in 2016 with laundry and rooftop, key to the main door
Cons:
Management takes awhile to address repairs and issues

We lived there for several years

Pros:
The apartment is well located. You have lots of things near by
Cons:
My sister got mugged two houses down from the building while walking the dogs
The landlord is very irresponsible, he only cares about rent
The rent was too high and it had a 5% increase per year.
Nobody cleans up the snow
While we lived there we got flooded every single year at least twice a year. Management never did anything more than send people to "clean", then ended up getting us a water vacuum to stop bothering them.
There's an alarm that goes on during the winter every single year and it doesn't stop beeping and landlord won't do anything about it, instead he will ask you to make it stop manually if it bother u enough every 30 minutes.
