    A great place to live - except for the elevator situation

    Pros:
    Location
    Finishes in the kitchen & bathroom
    Great gym setup and it's never busy
    Nice staff, especially the doormen & women
    Responsive to items that need fixing
    Cons:
    Elevators: Constantly out of order and there are only 2 elevators for 20 floors! Sometimes both are not working. Building takes a while to find a part that needs to be fixed and then even longer for install. Outrageous for a luxury building.
    Oven / Microwave: Apartments have a combo oven/microwave which is tiny, so you are not able to use full sized pans or have the same level of control you would if there were 1 of each. Very bizarre choice
    Advice to owner:
    Fully replace the elevators once and for all - rip off the band-aid and just do it.
