    very cozy apt

    - trash chute every floor
    - storage space
    - super close to BQ trains
    - quiet dead end st
    Cons:
    - paper thin walls (can hear neighbor cough/sneeze)
    - poor heat insulation due to balcony

    It's a fine building

    The building is nice and newish and has washers and dryers in the unit as well as dishwashers. it's on the end of a dead end street so it's quiet.
    Cons:
    The walls are paper thin. Building management can be kind of rude.
