Do Better & Hire A New Property Management Company

Pros:
Location Large windows Some units are rent stabilized Relatively spacious
Cons:
We don’t have amenities that were advertised like an outdoor terrace and recreational center. Yet we pay for it in our rent.
The Property Management company, Concord Management is HORRIBLE and the absolute WORSE!!! They aren’t responsive, don’t make repairs, and disregard tenants complaints and concerns.
Some people who live in this building are accustomed to living in shelters and treat our building as such. They piss in the staircase, loiter in the staircase, litter, steal packages, keep the front door ajar jeopardizing our safety, etc. I even have a neighbor who lets her cats roam the halls leaving behind cat hair and feces. Management does nothing though.
Advice to owner:
Hire a different management company that maintains the building well. Also, provide us with the amenities listed on Housing Connect—the ones we pay for in our rent.
