slow and steady

Pros:
landlord replies, even though if slow. building is generally well kept.
Cons:
you have to really insist to get your matter resolved. i had a mice infestation (which they took care of, a bit too slow but they did) and the water tastes metallic. packing stealing is a constant.

Well kept small building

Pros:
Clean. Good, workable layouts. Quiet building. Location. Rent Stabilized.
Cons:
Built in AC and Heat units are convenient but get expensive in cold and hot months. Management can be a bit unorganized but pretty responsive on maintenance requests or other complaints.
Advice to owner:
I have none.
