    5 Min walk from the G train
    Cons:
    Can hear all noise in the hallway

    Team is very responsive but could be improved

    This building is great. Super responsive management, wonderful upkeep, super clean, just an overall great building.
    Cons:
    The only complaint I have is that sometimes people sneak in and steal packages.

    Good gym, apartments are nice, fairly responsive management. Awesome roof!
    Cons:
    noise is loud if your unit faces the street

    Better communication when repairs are needed

    Solid building with bad management company

    Pros:
    Semi luxury feel. Clearly some construction corners and materials quality were skipped to save money. Elevator made life easier.
    Cons:
    Poor management company that did not care for its residents. Slow to order repairs, turned off water without notice, and constantly was evasive when addressing basic concerns.
    Advice to owner:
    Care slightly more about your tenants, and they will want to stick around for longer. If you prioritize money only, it’s a terrible outlook on life.

    Pros:
    The amenities in this building are wonderful and the management is very helpful. Someone comes once a month to do pest control, I have never seen any pests or signs of pests in the building at all. The rooftop and gym are great additions to this building. The building is also pretty efficient so my bills have not been high since living here.
    Cons:
    There is not much I don’t like! Any problem I’ve had has been promptly fixed.

    Pros:
    This building has everything you could want. Fully stocked gym. Nice rooftop with a great view. Bike room. Even a cleaning guy who keeps the building very tidy. Package concierge service. The apartments are very spacious and have a ton of natural light. Central A/C is awesome
    Cons:
    No complaints so far. Location is a little far from popular areas in NYC but that is not a reflection on how well the building is run.
