Management Company Might as well not exist
Former Tenant
Pros:
No rats or bugs
Cons:
Management company is a nightmare, they won't respond to anything unless you threaten to get police involved.

Not all suits are created equal
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large windows Okay with pets Roof access They take rent through Zelle (so no fee)
Cons:
The property owner told us that they don’t change the price based on if you have a balcony or not- stupid. The front apt have no balcony to a very small balcony, the back has full privacy and full patios. People steal packages and the landlord does nothing about it The washing machine sucks

Not bad, but can get really loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself is nice. There's an ok washer/dryer in the basement, but it's better than nothing. The doors are solid wood. The finishings are all pretty nice. The noise levels and footsteps inside the buildings are decently isolated. Air conditioning units are great. Good space for a decent price.
Cons:
It seems like there's always something loud going on across the street, especially during the summer. It often spills out into the road and parties can go well past 2 am.
Within the building, the residents are on the younger side so there's a lot of activity.
