Was great for 4 years, but maintenance and quality gone down massively
Pros
All the appliances and fixtures are very nice and my unit has been pest free (although I believe other floors may have a problem). Previously management and the super were responsive and helpful.
Cons
management has started charging for every possible service charge; $50 to unlock doors, $50 to change lightbulbs, they tried to charge a new tenant $400 for extermination services that we've always gotten for free. There have been several big leaks in our unit in the last year and we had to push and beg for help stopping the leaks and to check for mold.
Advice to the owners
Focus on building maintenance and safety!
Good but pricey
Pros
Good amenities, good location, units feel very private and are well designed.
Cons
If you have loud neighbors you'll definitely know, crying kids, loud phone calls etc.
