Avoid this apartment. Worst management.

Pros:
Newly built in 2024.
Cons:
Management has been consistently unresponsive. Despite living here for nearly a year, USPS mail delivery still hasn’t been properly set up. After repeated complaints, the staff began picking up mail from USPS and delivering it to residents every two weeks. However, residents are not allowed to collect mail from USPS themselves, making it impossible to receive important or time-sensitive items promptly.
Additionally, most of the outlets in my unit appear to be low-capacity. Using common appliances like a vacuum cleaner or hairdryer frequently trips the breaker, which is extremely inconvenient.
Unfortunately, these are just a few of the ongoing issues. I highly recommend checking the Google reviews—many other residents have shared similar concerns and experiences.
