    Pros:
    Small building, only four units, easy rental application.
    Cons:
    Landlord takes long to address issues, dark lobby, cheap apartment renovations, drywalled walls that don't prevent sound traveling between rooms.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive to building's needs.
