    Good overall stay
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The building changed ownership while I was a tenant but everything was smooth and the change was seamless. I had to leave earlier than my lease ending and the landlord was very cooperative. Whenever anything broke with heating the landlord was prompt to get it fixed.
    Cons:
    Apartment too close to building entrance which means I heard and was heard by everyone entering or exiting the building. Garbage collection is a pretty cramped space.
