Not worth the money
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building looks nice
Cons:
Owner and management are completely unresponsive and letting the building fall apart. The front door was broken and wouldn't lock for almost 6 months which resulted in a resident getting mugged at gunpoint. Packages are always stolen. The parking lot is never shoveled when it snows. The gym and laundry room are always flooded and broken. Saved your money look elsewhere!

It’s only a luxury building on the surface
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near train, grocery stores, etc. nice rooftop and outdoor space, nice co-working space
Cons:
The utilities are CRAZY high. Things are starting to fall apart, the amenities areas lack heat and air as appropriate. In general, the amenities areas are not maintained well. Rents are way too high and the apartments are way too small not to have the common spaces kept up to par.
Advice to owner:
Start taking care of the property and completing repairs in a timely manner. If you want to command luxury building rents, you really need to live up to your part of the bargain, which is providing a well-maintained luxury building and apartments.

Prior tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof deck, game rooms, design, parking on site
Cons:
Poor management: ie trash commonly overflowing from vestibules, front door often malfunctioned, laundry room washers often malfunctioned, many parties on weekends, poor upkeep of all common spaces (ie dog poop not picked up in elevators, roof deck), poor management of package room (missing packages were common)
Advice to owner:
This building is overpriced for how it’s managed. Get some professional help if you seek to command these prices. It’s a shame because this property looks great on the surface. I felt duped.

Not Kept Up well. Overpriced.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of Amenities. Gym. Laundry. Nice roof and game room.
Cons:
Central air and water heater in unit so the power bill runs about $200 in winter for heat and I’ve topped $350 for the past 2 summers when running the AC. It says a luxury building but the amenities are NOT maintained as such.
Advice to owner:
Friendlier office staff. Faster response times. For the rent to be that high, they should maintain all the common areas/ amenities better.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Really great roof deck, fantastic amenities!
Cons:
Management couldn't figure out how to stop getting packages stolen, didn't ever respond to emails
