Old building..not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well lit..cherry hallways..heated entrance..good upkeep of floors. Garage room
Cons:
Very consistently cold last year and this year..if you're hot blooded you'll be ok..if not..do NOT rent here
Advice to owner:
Be generous with the heat as you used to be
