The apartment was nice
Cons:
Roaches from building next door, no way to maintain the backyard, rudest landlord I’ve ever dealt with. She was constantly pretending she wasn’t the landlord, upped the rent 9% in one year, sent contractors whenever she felt like it with no notice, among other very inhumane make a buck practices
Advice to owner:
You are a very unkind residential landlord, sell your building and buy all commercial if you want to treat people like a money making scheme.
