The building's charm attracts a diverse community, but issues like smoking indoors, poor sanitation, and maintenance deficiencies are prevalent. I love this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really love this building. Old funky charm. Old neighbors. Some smokers, some not.
Cons:
There really aren’t many but Don’t come here if you’re of privilege, you’ll ruin the vibe, thanks!
Advice to owner:
More direct contact with people in the building, though it is Covid.

Dirty and unsanitary
Former Tenant
Pros:
Water pressure is fine
Cons:
Neighbors constantly smoking in the building and in front of building. Laundromat very very dirty, garbage is kept in the laundry room.
Advice to owner:
Have the hallways be swept and mopped regularly, as it seems they’re cleaned once a month only. Use a better qualified company for the repairs performed, as the existing one is very unprofessional and is doing a poor quality job.
