Not worth the cost

Pros:
Good sized apartments, security received packages, exterminator services twice a month.
Cons:
Waterbugs and roaches on every floor and stairwell, horrible in basement which is where laundry room is. Garbage rooms not kept clean. Most of the staff is unfriendly unless you tip frequently for every thing.
Advice to owner:
Repair your foundation to get rid of the massive amount of waterbugs throughout your building.
