Mixed opinion on new management

Pros:
Excellent doorman, good team of garbage men who help out and super who is helpful. Newly installed washers and dryers which require the app use or credit card. Nice and modern.
Cons:
New Management recently changed. Slow to respond on repairs. There has been several package theft incidents. Further , the management removed the gym amenity to make room for new office tenant. Noise in all times of day and night can hear conversations and arguments thru the wall. This includes love making. Heat is close to none or minimal in the winter season. Lots of nosey neighbors who got nothing else to do and start unnecessary drama especially on a Saturday or Sunday early morning . Lots of smokers in the building which need to be monitored especially in the stairwell. Laundry room needs to be kept cleaner. Lastly, the garbage rent has surged drastically from the previous management properly the removal of vehicles .
Advice to owner:
Make some periodic visits weekly to see how things are going!

- Summer time is annoying because of german cockroaches
