Rats, roaches, endless pests and inattentive management

Pros:
Basically none, close to shops and restaurants.
Cons:
Endless rats and roaches, extremely unsanitary conditions and a management team doesn't care about your problem unless you file a complaint to NYC311 and get them a violation to settle. A truly unhinged experience.

DON'T. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Pros:
It is generally clean and pet friendly. Most of the residents have cute dogs.
Cons:
No heat? Only the super's building does. Water leaking from the ceiling in every room? Thats fine to them. Ceiling leaking in the halls? Totally cool. The walls are paper thin so you hear everyone. Even when are having a conversation at normal volume. The receptionists ignore you if you are a woman. The super never answers his phone, let alone fix anything. This complex is a revolving door. All they do is slap some paint on the problem and put it back on the market.
Advice to owner:
........ you don't want me to honestly answer that.....
