The building is ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is awesome! Neighborhood overall is diversified and cultural. Somewhat congested in the morning and when everyone’s going home but it is nice friendly neighborhood
Cons:
The streets are dirty. The street where the building is at is always dirty. Broken glass and garbage everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Cleanliness is essential. The building needs to be cleaned at least once a month!
