Great building for the price

Pros:
Overall quiet building with friendly neighbors. Never have an issue with the laundry in the basement, always able to get a machine and they work well. Trash gets taken out multiple times a week and I never see a build up in the trash rooms.
Cons:
Elevators can be slow, and definitely could use a repair. High pet fee, which is unusual for NYC. The super is hard to get ahold of and will forget about you even though he lives in the building and you tip him at holidays.

This place has been my home for 3 years and it’s a great building with great people.
Cons:
Management is a little difficult, but the staff makes up for it.
