Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight buildings managed by Toni Harris. Tenants appreciate the central location and cleanliness. However, issues with low water pressure, inadequate heating, and unresponsive management have been recurrent.Superintendents' negligence and delayed maintenance have left tenants frustrated. Although some units require updates, the lack of efficient repairs and poor communication from management deter overall satisfaction. Consideration for prompt maintenance, improved heating systems, and better supervisory staff could significantly enhance the tenant experience in these buildings.

Great apartment, terrible super/mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great layout of apartments, great location, building and stairwell generally clean.
Cons:
Tony is quite literally the laziest super on the planet. Neighbors bathroom was literally flooding on top of ours, and he was not even responsive to them. Good luck having anything done, and he has entered our apartment without our permission or any notice. Garbage room is absolutely disgusting too. On top of that, the heating pipes make the most God awful noise in the middle of the night, the worst banging you can ever hear. And that’s when the heat is even on! Good luck getting a decent night of sleep in the winter!

Bad super experience, no heat, no sun
Former Tenant
Pros:
Prime location near subway. Shopping and food are good but no super close grocery stores. One block from Central Park
Cons:
Terrible super experience. Didn’t realize building had basically a part time super. If something is broken it could be weeks to months before it’s fixed. Recommend fixing issues yourself. In winter multiple times heat would go out. Wore my coat around the apartment it was so cold.
