So far not so good…

Pros

The actual unit, layout, area are so nice and picturesque. They do come when I have problems and try to fix them

Cons

They are not very prompt and everything requires 3 texts and an email to make sure it gets done. Everything was broken in the apartment when I signed Cockroaches occasionally show up and are not taken care of. Issues happen that shouldn’t have even happened and should have been checked before we moved

Advice to the owners

Actually make sure apartments are ready to be inhabited and have them inspected first.

Infested by pigeons and cannot open windows due to pigeons & restaurant exhaust

Very central location, can walk to work

Cons

Restayrant exhaust produces noise, greasy and smelly fumes 24/7 just below the windows in the internal courtyard and it is is infested by pigeons. The window sill and balconies are covered in a ridiculous amount of pigeons droppings, and cannot be used. Windows. Can never be opened or a foul and hazardous smell would come in and pigeon droppings will fall in. Landlord notified promptly and has done noting in months. There are broken items items in the communal areas which need repair and the landlord has done nothing in months.

Advice to the owners

Sanitize the building, fix the poor air condition caused by the restaurant and the pigeons, fix the pigeons infestation and sanitize the outide of windows and balconies so they no longer are a health hazard to residents, pay the bills so electricity and gas don t get disconnected!!!
