Rent Law Violator
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location on Lower East Side Proximity to subway, restaurants, grocery, etc.
Cons:
Building owner has "warehoused" apartments and illegally raised the rent of rent-stabilized units to remove them from rent stabilization. One tenant says landlord illegally sent inspector into his apartment to take photos
Advice to owner:
Stop breaking the law

the walls in the hall outside the apartment on each floor need to be refinished and repainted
