Everything - basement flooded multiple times (pretty much every time it rained) and super didn’t respond for several weeks. Had mice and snakes in the apt and super did nothing to resolve. Apartment was dirty when we moved in. Management company was essentially unresponsive to any problems or concerns and extremely disorganized
Advice to the owners
You shouldn’t even be a landlord

For the past four or five months my bathroom has been periodically flooding and the only solution that has been taken is to snake the drain line but then my bathroom floods another couple weeks later and they have taken no steps to actually solve this issue.
Advice to the owners
Actually fix people's maintenance requests Don't just do temporary solutions
