Decent apartment with friendly neighbors

Pros

The unit is large and a decent price. It has a great location. The neighbors are generally quiet and friendly. No issues with stolen packages.

Cons

I saw a few mice over the course of the year. The unit had some issues with water leaking in a bathroom and the owner did send maintinence people to look into it but I don't think it was fully resolved. It's an old building.

Well kept by the live-in super, pests are managed and rare

Unresponsive Management, rats by the trash, laundry system needs rework/not enough machines

Advice to the owners

Get more laundry machines and better service in the basement... whole laundry system needs to be refreshed.
