Pros:
Overall the building is pretty clean. They sweep and mop the hallways at least a couple times a month. It seems like they empty the trash and recycle bins out daily so you never have to deal with piling in your own trash. The maintenance crew is very friendly and they are pretty responsive. If you need something done that day you just need to mention that and they'll be up that same day.
Cons:
The neighbors are mix of old and younger adults. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and makes it impossible to have friends over. The water for the shower is also unpredictable. It will go to burning hot to freezing cold, you're constantly changing the temperature during your shower.

Location is good. Lots of space. Owner and super are responsive and quick about fixing things.
Cons:
There's the occasional roaches, and people buzz in random people who steal packages.

Pros:
The maintenance people are the sweetest people. They’ve only been super helpful and responsive since we’ve been here. The management team is also responsive. You can text them and they’ll get back to you.
Cons:
Noise does travel between the apartments. We had a very angry neighbor downstairs yelled and kicked our door cause we were too loud. We don’t wear shoes in the house or don’t throw parties. Heat was not properly spreading though our apartment.
Advice to owner:
Require people to use rugs.

Tons of rats around the trash. Could not take trash out at night without rats jumping around.

get new windows. So much heat is lost.

Pretty good but pricey

Great location. Responsive super who fixes things quickly. Thick walls
Cons:
Had a minor roach problem during my first 2 months but they were gone after that. Pricey. Loud neighborhood but that’s the east village for you.
