Love this place!

Pros

Lived here for a few years and haven’t had any major issues that haven’t been fixed. Rent stabilized, nice neighbors and haven’t had any rodents or bugs move in. On a quiet street across from the park

Have had some issues with hot water and water pressure but management usually addresses anything you bring to them

Rent is a decent price but building is going downhill

Pros

-extra office room - new kitchen appliances - great neighbors -close to trains

Cons

-common areas are filthy and not kept clean or updated - management is not great about following up about maintenance issues -We had a roach infestation when we first moved in -Packages get stolen pretty often

Update your building and keep it clean. Get a new buzzer system.
