Loved living here

Pros

Affordable rent, you get what you pay for in terms of no dishwasher or laundry but it’s a great young apartment and management is helpful as well

Cons

No major cons, streets are averagely noisy, but mostly quiet. Feels safe.

Redo all of the stairs!

Honestly pretty bad

Pros

Landlord was responsive and let us replace things like ceiling fans, bathroom vanity, etc. and reimbursed us for parts and labor.

Cons

Ceilings are crumbling, hallways are always filthy, landlord will milk your security deposit when you leave, half the building is empty cause it’s falling apart

Be a better person and give a sh!t about your work
