Pros

It’s a co-op so it’s pretty well taken care of. Convenient neighborhood. Great access to restaurants and bars. Owners are responsive.

Cons

There are also some strange characters that frequent the streets, but I never felt unsafe.

Loved living here

Pros

Affordable rent, you get what you pay for in terms of no dishwasher or laundry but it’s a great young apartment and management is helpful as well

Cons

No major cons, streets are averagely noisy, but mostly quiet. Feels safe.
