Pros:
1895 for two bedrooms (was 1800 for the first 4-5 years my roommate lived here)
Gets lots of natural light
Hardwood floors
No pest issues
Decent neighbours
Landlord is easy to get in touch with b phone or email
Cons:
Water pressure is fine but hot water does not last long.
It’s hard to get the super to come out to fix repairs when that is literally his job.

It’s a 10 minute walk from the 4 and D train. Close to Yankee stadium and Bronx Market is in walking distance.
Cons:
Hallways are sometimes a bit dirty

The heat never works and it’s always about 10 or people sitting in the front hanging out

Make sure your tenants are taking care of when they email your establishment
