Pros

Nice kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge makes ice and has filtered water) Allows a flex wall if sharing with a roommate Very friendly doormen and staff Convenient location Really nice roof deck Balcony

Had to turn off heat even in the winter because it gets too hot Bathroom gets kind of moldy

Pros

The doorman are incredible and mairence comes extremely quickly! Beautiful views

Cons

Elevators are slow and some renovations going on so at times can be loud but they are strategic about work times.
