Pros

The doorman are incredible and mairence comes extremely quickly! Beautiful views

Elevators are slow and some renovations going on so at times can be loud but they are strategic about work times.

Decent but small for price

Pros

Management was very receptive and on top of maintenance requests

Cons

Lobby needs a revamp, the heat is on for the majority of the year and you can’t turn it off to the point where we slept with our windows open in the middle of February, very noisy even with windows closed (but that’s to be expected being on 34th st)
