Terrible!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has washer and dryer
Cons:
There is a severe rodent problem, they never fixed the buzzer there are parties all summer outside the building neighbors drinking in the hallway and outside the building the super is never available never answers the phone! They pretty much harassed me out the apartment, the worst! No heat during winter awfully cold.
Advice to owner:
Change your management and super!

Poorly Kept
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment is newly renovated , rent is low.
Cons:
Building is poorly kept. Tenants garbage is left around the staircases. Tenants drink and smoke in the staircases. Elevator is filthy ! The super is non responsive to help resolve apartment issues. We had to call the management office for a week straight for our tub to be fixed , there was no follow up making us have to fix it ourselves. Random homeless people hangout in the vestibule to exit the building. While other apartments are being renovated tools and garbage from those units are left around the hallways of the building for weeks on end. Hallways are extremely outdated pant is chipping and floor tiling is missing. It took my partner and I 4 months after moving in to receive our mailbox key as well as to get our mailbox fixed because it was broken. Apartment numbers on mailboxes are written in sharpie.
Advice to owner:
Inspect this building and enforce rules and regulations for overall cleanliness on a monthly bases. This building is a disaster!
