Classic nyc building
Pros
Amazing staff. Great location. Very responsive to any issues with the apartment (little fixes, paint jobs etc).
Cons
Had a roach problem that took a while to go away (though the building was very responsive in terms of hiring an exterminator etc.). Price increases each year were egregious.

fantastic location near columbus circle. can pretty much access any subway line within 5-10min walk front desk people are fantastic
Cons
we had a huge pest issue. largest cockroaches i've ever seen. we had exterminators come in a couple times and nothing worked. the problem was that the building is old and has a lot of cracks that need to be patched up
Advice to the owners
please listen to your tenants and patch up the units. it's unbearable to live in a space when you're constantly worrying about seeing new pests show up
