Heat was a disaster this winter. Walls are super thin. You could get more space for a better price locally

Quiet space with private neights

Pros

Trash is taken care of quickly. No real issues with water or electric. No amenities but backyard area is fine (no one ever uses it).

Cons

No elevator makes the stairs annoying after a while. Also can be a pain to move things in and out.
