Most unresponsive and unreliable building management you could ask for

Pros

The space is great but the way they maintain it is horrible. The backyard is unusable and full of rat holes, with no maintenance of the green space. There's laundry in building which is nice, but the never clean the machines so they often leave stains.

Cons

- Water does not get hot for 10 minutes. - The rat problem was so bad that our building neighbors filed a cease and desist. - Doesn't allow use of the roof but use it as a selling point for prospective renters. - Extremely unresponsive management over huge issues such as lock problems and heating and cooling.

Advice to the owners

Don't make people pay for a mediocre space and to deal with lack luster management. your prices should reflect your amenities

Nice apartments, bad management

Pros

Our unit is generally well-maintained and spacious with good natural light. In-building laundry.

Cons

The building as a whole is poorly maintained and often dirty. The front door frequently breaks, preventing it from locking and leaving the building open. Management can be slow to respond to issues in the building and in the apartment.
