Pros

- Nice staff who are responsive - Solid noise isolation between units - Units are large

Cons

- Heating is done via radiators/window units, so it's not particularly efficient - Upper units reporter water leakage during storms sometimes - Some insect issues in summer

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FROM HELL-DO NOT LIVE HERE

Terrible property manager No heat at all despite what they tell you, heaters attached do not work You have to pay for water LOUD noise from subway, windows not soundproof
